These consultations are ideal for clients looking to update a single room or smaller area, or for business owners seeking guidance on retail store layouts and branding (e.g., a new coffee shop project) before making major construction investments.

Unlike most designers who focus only on residential layouts or home renovations, Cinn Studio offers specialized consultations for retail and commercial spaces. One-on-one guidance for new business owners is at the heart of what we do.

Consultation Rates & Length

• 1:1 Mini Video Consultation — 25 minutes / $155

• 1:1 Video Consultation — 55 minutes / $300

À La Carte Design Services

Need more than a consultation? Design services can also be booked à la carte and scoped by area. For example, a coffee shop interior renovation (up to 1,000 SF, including the front-of-house café, one customer restroom, and the work station/front bar) is delivered in three phases for a total base fee of $10,000:

• Phase 1 — $3,500 (billed after delivering Phase 1)

• Phase 2 — $4,000 (billed after delivering Phase 2)

• Phase 3 — $2,500 (billed prior to delivering Phase 3)

A non-refundable retainer is required upon signing to begin the design process and is applied to the final Phase 3 invoice. Exterior building/façade design is quoted separately.
